How to make: Korean Pickled Radishes (Chicken Mu)

A quick guide to making your own pickled radishes, a side dish often served with Korean Fried Chicken or Dakgangjeong. Commonly known as Chicken Mu, it is a really easy dish to prepare. However selection of the right ingredients is essential or the results might not turn out well. Remember, it is a pickle, it will take some time to mature.

Ingredients
Fresh Whole Radish - 1
White Vinegar - 1 Cup
Water - 2 Cup
White Sugar - 1/2 Cup
Salt - 2 Tbsp

How long can you keep the pickled radish in the fridge for? Does it eventually expire?

In the description, sugar is 1/2 cup but in the video it is 1 1/2cup. What is the right amount of sugar?
