Pickled daikon radish is so expensive to buy pre-made from stores but it is so easy to make at home. It's used in Korean, Chinese and Vietnamese food to differing degrees and it's known as many different names (chicken-mu (치킨무), Đồ chua, 酸萝卜). Most commonly you may have seen them when you order Korean fried chicken or had a Banh Mi. They work great as a side dish or topping for many other dishes. They are sweet, sour and crunchy, making it the perfect complement to any meal. You can make them for such a cheap cost at home and they store for quite a while.

Ingredients Used Today:
1 daikon
1 cup neutral tasting vinegar (white or rice)
1 cup sugar
salt

I'll be using these throughout my future recipes so look for those!
