Thanks for sharing I plan on growing some sprouts over the rest of winter. I’ve always brought a garden you’re in spring and summer. It’ll be nice to grow something indoors. Just make sure your seeds are organic.

Hi there, thanks for the informative video. A lot of instructional videos say to use filtered water but I see you use ordinary tap water. Or is your tap water system filtered? I am going to start my first batch but am worried as I don't have filtered water, I will use my tap water for this. Your thoughts?

Keep them fresh by lining the bottom and top with paper towel, stays fresh much longer.

They look beautiful. How do you make them poke up all like that instead of mangle in a jar after every rinse? that's why I buy the sprouter instead of using a jar. but they make the stuff smelly, much much smelly.

There was another video that said to put sprouts in a Ziploc bag and to put in freezer! What a mistake! Ruined my first batch. A week's work!; I bought a salad spinner and put them in a muslin bag in the crisper drawer.
This lady sounds like me .I have discovered sprouting- And I love it!

I appreciate your video, well done. I get frustrated with growing mine, they grow great, but every other time I grow some, they go bad quickly#@! I have a veggie spinner, but it seems like they don't dry out well and then don't keep. Any suggestions?

So I have a question for you, I just tried that recently and they seemed to be smelling a little bit and for fear of getting sick I threw them away. I tried it again and the same thing again. Is it supposed to smell a bit... not sure if I am doing something wrong?

There actually is a great deal of research on sprout nutrition; you just won't find it on general mainstream media sources. Broccoli sprouts are especially high in antioxidants, anti-inflammatory properties, anti-cancer, etc. Sprouts are the super food of super foods.
