I have been eating sprouts 2 out of 3 meals a day for over 2 years now .
The sprouts and my walking ( 6.2 miles is my daily average for over a year) have changed so many health problems including diabetes . I also lost over 100 lbs .

Several doctors say that broccoli sprouts are the number one best food for fighting an existing cancer and preventing cancer. Same goes for other cruciferous sprouts and you don’t have to eat a lot of them, just daily.

Instead of draining the water 💧 into the sink, I put it on my plants. Doesn’t waste water and adds a kick of nutrients to the other plants 🪴

Hi Eva. I thought I had failed on my first two batches of Broccoli sprouts, when I noticed the small white hair like roots forming, which I thought was mold. Having followed several videos on sprouting you are the only person who has explained what this is. Thank you very much.

My Mother used to put a brand new nylon stocking over the jar mouth because you can cut many pieces to fit many jars.

❤ Great video! I am a psychologist and have recently been doing a bit of research on the benefits of sprouts and mircogreens. Organic broccoli sprouts, in particular, are full of sulphoraphane which is great for the gut microbiome which is responsible for 90-95% production of overall total neurotransmitter production in the body. Sprouts and microgreens are also so densely packed with micronutrients x20 all the way up to 40x more nutrient dense per gram than their fully grown, broccoli floret head (adult) counterparts, that support the beneficial bacteria in the gut which are then responsible for strengthening your immune system, eliminating free radicals & oxidative stress and have highly anti- cancerous properties.
