I love my doctor. His name is Dr Jamnades and he’s a cardiologist in Orlando, FL. I had to see him about my blood pressure and he does a full work up and gives you a folder with dietary guidelines etc. He doesn’t just throw pills at you. My HBP is connected to stress and lack of sleep. He never gave me meds. I had an opportunity to work with my lifestyle changes to see if I could correct my issues. I wish all doctors were like him.

Costco 100% Grass Fed Beef patties at 20% fat costs $5 / lb here in San Francisco so it's not too expensive but a lot cheaper than eating out expensive carb loaded foods.

Put this on a television commercial and run it everyday so more people become enlightened.

Grass fed, grass finished would be optimal, but it’s not attainable for many people … so do the next best thing … eat conventional beef. Or organic feed lot beef. That’s world better than sugar

There have been studies done that show grass fed grass finished beef has much higher levels of nutrients than conventional raised beef

I would LOVE to listen to a conversation between Dr Jamnadas and Dr Baker

According to the FAO Crop Usage Statistics, 80% of all plants grown go directly to human consumption. This is in the form of oils and ethanol for the most part. A very small percentage of that is actually used for real whole food. The other 20% of plants grown go directly to animal consumption...but here's the thing, this is in the form of distillers grains and byproducts of oil, ethanol and alcohol production. A very small % of that goes to animals in the form of real whole food as well.

Also according to the FAO, 90% of beef raised in the world is not tied in to factory farming at all. The largest recipients to grains goes to dairy and then factory farms.

Dr. J. saved my life. It was after watching his lecture at the Galen Institute, I did a bit more research, and boom... zero carbs and intermittent fasting. I went from >6 months in hypothermia, tremors, muscle spasms, brain fog, slowly more lethargic day by day for 2 years. Then in 2022, Dr. Jamnadas' lecture helped me figure out what my GP could not (in spite of his best efforts, he's now on low carb and IF himself after I passed this info/links on to him).

Thanks for featuring Dr. Jamnadas. Top drawer!

It is also amazing how I haven't experienced any Crohns flairups since back the diet 3 months ago. Even passed my date to take my biologic medication.

Corn doesn't rot in a cows digestive digestive system. It ferments rapidly, and can drop the pH too quickly as a result. That causes issues with their microbes. Either way, corn fed beef is still much healthier than any chicken you can buy. Grass finished is surely better, but not as attainable.

Im finding grass fed/finished meat is getting easier and easier to come by in stores. Walmart's brand is great and very good price

Picked up half a cow of grass finished beef, it's almost as tender but way more richer flavor and amazing yellow fat

I suspect that the dysbiosis is more the result of glyphosate contamination of GMO grain than from grain finished beef.

I’ve been listen to this doctor for the last couple years. So good!

Unfortunately grass finished beef is prohibitively expensive these days here in Canada. Heck, all beef is pretty much through the roof. The price of ground beef has more than doubled in the last few years so it's a challenge for many to even afford that. Our government keeps pouring foreigners into the country to drive up prices so multinational corporations like Cargill, who own all the meat processing plants, can make huge profits due to increased demand without increasing production. Wages go down, prices and profits go up.

Yup.
Usa has been using corn as a strategic weapon.
Now the chicken is coming home to roost

I have to question anyone who facts as clear cut in nutrition and health. Pretty well all studies are associative and the mechanisms are estimated. Others say that grass fed and conventional are not that different. Yes there is a difference, but not night and day.

Buy local if you can. Support your local farmer/rancher.
