I have a son with autism, and this actor who plays shaun nails the true nature of autism very well. My son is verbal, wants to be included and accepted and wants to have friends. He is brilliant in math and science and this character inspires me to understand my son better and help him thrive. Loving, patient and understanding caregivers who don't judge or compare will help autistic children become competent and happy adults.

The best speech. It took Shaun a while to respond to the question but his speech was amazing. Anything but standard. People need to learn that things can take us longer, but you can expect an amazing result.
