My neighbors are not vaxed. They go to the gym regularly and have been doing so during the past two years. They get out and walk in the sunlight regularly. They eat balanced diet. They have also been socializing with family. They dont wear n95s just loose cloth masks. They have not gotten covid!

When CoVid came round two years ago, I was on the top of the list of becoming a statistic (I'm 71). Decided to optimize my immune system, so I sought to educate myself, and that's how I came across your channel and others too and began adapting changes. Was already a vegetarian but upped my diet to plant-based whole food, no dairy, fermented radish, beetroot, kimchi, etc. Have an eight-hour eating window. Walking three times a week and exercising in the sun. Deep breathing. Sleeping seven hours. Meditating daily. Keeping a positive attitude. Unvaccinated.
Last January, my grandson, thrice-jabbed, tested positive. Immediately, I took the IVM prophylactic dose for a close contact ( I keep IVM on hand). He self-isolated, and I took care of him. Never got CoVid.
My experience affirms what you and others have been advocating that optimizing the immune system effectively prevents infection and is the way to live with viruses and bacteria that are part of our world anyway.

Thank-you for your wonderful content!! I contracted Delta in Nov. 2020 and ironically it has been a huge reset for my body with Crohn's! Because I couldn't eat for so long....the fasting! I eat clean and exercise and have perfect labs, even with a rare bone disease and some other major issues! Got healthy and was swimming in Omicron from the family and never caught it!! WOW!! 61 years old and healthier than in a long time. Thanks for such great info!!

I really appreciate your message during this pandemic. It's been incredibly motivating to me and my family. In the past 13 months, my family has changed our diets, increased supplements such as vitamin D, and started walking 45 minutes a day with all of our kids. My kids now get over an hour of every single day, along with a 5-mile hike once a week. It has changed SO MUCH for us. Thank you for encouraging everyone to seek TRUE health, it's making such a difference.

I walked 22777 steps so far today! That is pretty average for me as I aim for 10 or 11 miles a day. Sometimes more. I find it very relaxing. My walk today was like 4 hours? Two trips up & back to the supermarket. I do a long walk almost every day. Haven't had the jab or the virus. No meds. Do keto. Eat grass fed meat. 50 YO.

I am old school. As a child we were well wrapped up and went out in all weathers to "get some fresh air". I did the same with my children (now in their 30's). It amazes me this 'study' has had to be done to prove that we all (not just the kiddiwinkles) need to get out in all weathers to walk n run and laugh and play and dance in the rain. My wife and I opted to not partake in the jabs. We haven’t had so much as a sniffle since this whole thing started. We exercise daily and try to eat as clean as possible. My sister and her husband are boosted and plan to continue to receive boosters. They are both currently recovering from a second round of COVID. They are both very active during the day and they eat mostly food they have grown/raised. By the way she continues to preach to us about getting the jabs and how important it is.

Have completely turned my health around in 8 months by eating high fat and low carb, eating in a small window of 1-6 hours daily, and building up to 4 miles of walking per day with two dumbbell sessions per week. 93 lbs. gone and I feel like my chances are now MUCH better to survive Covid, should I get it.

The mother of my 9 year old niece makes her wear a child size N95 at school and when seeing me. It breaks me heart not seeing her bright smiling face and for her to not see mine. I'm happy I can even see her again. It's insane what different realities we are living in.

It’s not just getting plenty of physical exercise, it’s eating immune boosting foods such as garlic, onions, And spices such as banana and jalapeño peppers. In these last two years of the pandemic, I haven’t gotten sick once. Spice is a very good thing, and helps to boost your immune system, sleep is another beneficial factor that helps out as well. Also, don’t forget to forgive each other when mistakes are made.

Since I have a desk job I've been doing eliptical for 30 minutes before work five days a week. We had Delta back in September, it was 10 days of fatigue, muscle aches, nausea, loss of taste and smell, migraine for 5 days. Cough as well. Thankful it was nice weather so we could go outside and walk around yard and sit in sun. It sucked but thank God we got through it okay. We try to eat healthy during the week. I cook alot of food on Sunday so we can just eat during week without take out. My diet is not perfect but better than average American diet.
