I noticed the moment I went back to deadlifts after months of recovery from piriformis syndrome that I lost some of the strength I had before only because my muscles went without practice on the lift. I agree doing things differently every now and then will help in the long run.

Cuz Monday is always chest day! That was hilarious and so true. I noticed that in my routine and the routine in our gym in general. Everyone always waiting for a bench to open up on Mondays. I just changed that up in my routine too. “Cuz Monday is ALWAYS chest day!” had me rolling. Alpha you videos are always awesome. You speak with honesty, truth, and conviction. Progressive overload isn't just adding weight, that is just one way one can do. Slower tempo, more sets, more reps, less rest time in-between sets are the ways one can use to provide progressive overload

Agree with squats.. wholeheartedly... Deadlifts as well....bench press isn't as effective as dumbbells.

Wow alpha, this is really helpful.I mean the way you are telling things(do's and don'ts) it's detailed and specific rather than other YouTube video's.If only I had this knowledge last year it would have been easy 😅.
Tip:If you're a skinny guy wanting to put on some muscle I recommend you to correct your posture.Cause no matter how many diets you change, reps, workout, etc correct posture with change in workout is what people don't notice sometimes.
