What I really loved about this video is Rob’s professionalism when demonstrating exercises. Rob uses really small weights since his goal is just to demonstrate the movement pattern and show mistakes unlike some ego lifters or fake lifters (don’t wanna point at you know who) who pretend to curl deadlifts by loading fake plates. I know Rob is strong AF and he could use bigger weights but chose small to demonstrate the form. I’m happy to see Rob is back!

WOW!! THIS WAS TREMENDOUS!! Totally changes the way i will workout!! In the beginning of the video it was mentioned :"i could go over 90 mistakes but for the sake of the video i'll do 9". PLEASE MAKE MORE OF THESE VIDEOS!!

All the tips were great and helpful and it help me to focus more on the mind and body connection and to start thinking about which is the primary muscle that I am using when doing an exercise.

Side raises, Super helpful. I struggle with top-of-shoulder development. This could very well be my issue. also, tricep using rope three stages v/s just up close workout
