Why is it that whenever I order the Vivobook I get the Sonic Master? Why is it that my speakers don't work even though they're connected to my Sonic Master? Only the SM speakers work, so I can't control the volume, n the quality is inferior. Why do my files disappear whenever I copy them from my back up flash drives from the old computer? The same thing happened with another computer I tried. Why does my printer no longer work? Why does the external DVD player not work? Why did the Chrome search engine switch suddenly to Yahoo Search? Btw, I connected my Asus monitor to the SM, as well as my mouse n keyboard.

I go through the process but it has this message "Additional free space is needed on the drive where windows is installed. Free up some space and try again." So now what do I do?

Me reset the PC option does work, it just says “there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made” HELP PLEASE

Tapping the f8 or f9 key ain't working for me . And when I do manage to get to the trouble shoot window there is no reset option 🤦🏾‍♂️ . I don't know what to do with this laptop

I selected reset everything but it didn't work, it hasn't reset the laptop as i still cannot get in, i keep putting my password in but it's saying it's incorrect when i know that it is the right password wth dude :(

Do you know if factory reset restore the original windows version? the automatic updates updated windows 10 to 11, and there's no option to restore by the usual config menu, so i was wondering if I can restore windows to 10 version as well

i was gonna do this on my old laptop witch was dying (it kept turning off randomly because it overheated) and i didnt even have to press F9 or F8 it just went right to it. it wanted to be able to live again
