How to use conditional formatting in Excel with multiple conditions. In this video, we have three criteria to fill a cell.

YouTube does not allow angled brackets in the description. Please replace the question marks with a less than and greater than symbols side by side. Watch the video to know exactly what I mean.

Red: =AND(B2??"x",C2??"x")
Green: =AND(B2="x",C2="x")
Yellow: =OR(b2="x",c2="x")

I’ve watched a few videos and want to figure out how to conditional format for future dates (2-3 years from when an event first occurred). How would I do that? For example if I took training in March 2018 and it expires in 3 years, how can I have excel tell me if something expired, is within 90 days of expiring, or still good? I would also like to use color coding for easier visual. Thanks
