highlight the second bigger number within a cell that contains both a numerical value and a percentage, without separating them with different colour how it is possible in excel

7, 26, 29, 93.6%) this is a two different value in CELL D19 that is taken from other cell and combine using formula (=TEXT(D19, " #, ##0_, ")&" "&TEXT(E19, "0.0%") and want to highlight max value, second max, third max fourth max in cell ( D1 to D21)
