What's the BEST Melee Weapon in Modern Warfare II? (Full Comparison)

Now that the new Tonfa melee weapon has been added to Modern Warfare II, I wanted to do a full comparison of all of the important stats of the melee weapons to find out which one is best. What's your favorite melee weapon to use in MWII?

Something to note - kodachis can melee much sooner out of a slide than knife

Something I notice. “Mid air lunge”. Try jumping at and past people with the tonfa. It has amazing lock on that the others do not have mid air

With the Warzone health update, the Tonfa does kill a full health and shielded player 100ms faster than the Kodachis. It would be the opposite with the old max health of 250. Ace made an excellent recommendation.

I've been Knifing since CoD4
In MP I prefer the combat knife as it allows for the most speed and fastest consistent multikill potential(quad+)

...But I gotta say the kodachis are not far behind and definitely have other significant advantages ⚔

It would have been nice to also have the pistol muzzle attachment included that increases melee damage

Ace! I've watched since the WW2 days 🤟 I run a melee loadout in Warzone and I've used all 3 weapons separately. After the Season 4 update the knife swings slower, and overall it is the least viable. With the change in base health the kodachis are the most consistent with 2 hits to down, but the tonfa is easier to use and more responsive. With it's lunge, inflicted flinch and its ability to lock on (similar to the kali sticks in MW 2019) it is a better melee weapon for someone newer to melee, whereas the kodachis have the faster TTK but take more getting used to. Note: the Tonfa is better on controller as it seems to work better with aim assist.

My squad mostly plays Search and Destroy. Running with the knife helps to get to the bomb or to get to the choke points more than the other melee weapons. The Kadashis are more badass and fun I'll admit.

Is it just me or did they nerf the attack speed when you melee with a throwing knife equipped?

Feels like it takes ages sometimes when you're lunging at someone, especially the follow-ups.
