Liked this video, I have lost 28 #’s & am excited about getting healthy . Nothing is stopping me from feeling confident & succeeding . Thank you for sharing . Heart disease is prevalent in my genetics, it’s important to me to lose weight . It’s important to me to not eat processed foods, I cook from scratch & try to stay away from chemicals . dyes & natural flavorings, aspartame, etc .

I take Vit C, Vitamin D3 and K2, I chew on raw garlic daily, Vit E (Tocotrienols), I also take 2 tbsp of Olive oil. Omega 3 as well. I stay away from diary mainly cheese due to MS. I cook my own animal plant based organs (liver and heart). Thank you for sharing ❤

I'm 44 yrs old and doctor told me that I got 3 clogged arteries and I keep asking him what should I do in order to prevent any stent later on. He keep saying nothing just try to loose weight. I was so down and don't even know what to do. Thank you so much for this video. 💗

I've done almost all of this over the years, including lots of walking, and do not smoke, ever. At age 62 just had a stent placed for 90% blockage. I suddenly started having unstable angina and shortness of breath. I had long-covid and I blame CAD damage from that. Cardiologist is not on-board with that. It left me with 80% hearing loss in one ear and horrible tinnitus as well. I also had a stress test done 2 years ago and passed it. If you want to be sure, get a cardiac CT calcium scoring test. I wish I had.

I have coronary artery disease so I have been using these supplements and many others. I'm honestly not interested in statins have read some articles claiming vitamin E can help some with circulation however I have also read many articles cautioning against the use of vitamin e so I stopped it. As for aged garlic extract that's what kyolic is and I used a couple bottles of it before I learned that black garlic is far better so I am now using an organic black garlic capsule that I found on amazon. I believe stress brought on my coronary artery disease as I am so often stressed out especially with the huge decline in my portfolio of investments due to C19, war, and inflation nowadays on top of the huge amount of stress I already had plus I am an introvert.. Now that I am almost 50 I find myself very lonely after my parents passing and grandparents. As we got older it becomes more difficult to meet friends especially with people's head in cell phones all the time. Now I'm worried that loneliness is probably going to be what kills me as all my past friends seem to always be involved with family instead of hanging out with me. As for exercise I highly recommend walking just 30 minutes a day can make a huge difference in overall health but it does take time especially if your obese. I also suggest taking vitamin D or and having your levels checked. The vitamin D3 is best I prefer to buy my with k2 already in it as it saves money vs buying the K2 separately. From my last research I would not exceed 5000iu a day as vitamin d is one of the few vitamins that can cause issues if you get too much. As for fish oil you need 1000mg total of epa plus dha combined daily you will need to locate epa and dha on the nutrition facts and add them together to see if it's near 1000mg. Mine are like 950mg but I call it good. Also magnesium (magnesium oxide is the worst type best to choose any other form) we should all probably be taking it no matter what issues we may have as most do not get enough and it's used for over 300 processes in the body so very important for overall health. Magnesium also helps with relaxing and sleep so many prefer to take it at night. Another protip is google your supplements to find out what should be taken separately as some vitamins cancel each other out. As for turmeric I suggest a 95% curcuminoids standardized such as sports Research brand on amazon for the best results always take curcumin with some type of fat preferably with meals. Fat could be anything from a piece of bacon to some butter on your toast. Fat helps the absorption as it's a fat soluble vitamin. Also don't expect your doctor to know anything about vitamins as the have no education on this. l have actually taught my doctor so much from my research that he always thanks me now and claims it's been helpful. 🙏

My doctor told me Pretty much everything you said. I’ve been consuming nutritional yeast & sauerkraut for about 6 months now plus lots of greens and coloured veggies. I just started using Krill oil and magnesium taurate daily to help reduce blood pressure.

I'm a dietitian with over 30 years experience in this field and I agree with most of what you're saying but I would like to add a few caveats
1. First of all you still need two to four grams of EPA and DHA a day and you cannot get that from krill oil to make it practical it must be refrigerated fish oil. And it must be refrigerated from The source it can't be that crappy find on the shelf that's for years or even weeks!! EPA and DHA are very very fragile and it must be refrigerated from The source or you're wasting your time. It's the same way with krill lol too!!! They don't tell you that when you're buying that crap I left on the shelf studies are done with the good stuff!!
2. Evening primrose oil is a very expensive way to get GLA. You can use borage oil and it does not have to be refrigerated at all because it is a omega-6. Borage oil is at least four times cheaper and almost 300 mg of gla a pill instead of 50 or 60 of evening primrose!!
3. Make sure you list proper form of vitamin e because a lot of them out there are getting the synthetic form because it's cheap and I can't believe it's still legal!! D - alpha tocophereryl acetate. The Dl version is synthetic and it blocks your body's ability to use the real form. Make sure you never get anything with that in it I can't believe it's still legal in this country!!
4. Grapesed extract at about 200mg a day will be enough for most! It keep foam cells from sticking to your arteries in the first place! Removing plaque just to have it laid back down does not make any sense!!
There are many other things I could mention but they're not as important as these. Eliminating the bad fats and making sure you're getting the right amount of the essential facts it's massively important. That's why they're called essential fats and fish oils are about the only way to get them. Even fax all your body has to process and sometimes and some people it doesn't work that well!! Keeping your cholesterol down especially the bad type and specially keeping it from sticking to your arteries is going to be one of the best ways to maintain your cardiovascular health along with exercise!!
6. OKG is another nice little tidbit that keeps your liver from producing excessive cholesterol just as well as a statins does and a lot of cases with no side effects. It's cheaper than any drug and has no side effects of any kind unless you're allergic or have a certain disease that cannot process or orithine. I personally have inherited high cholesterol and hyperlipidemia which I've got below what's considered normal even eating like crazy and having a genetic disposition towards extremely high bad cholesterol and lipids. Pharmaceutical companies do not want you to know these things because they don't make any money off naturally occurring compounds!! We are lucky to have this kind of information available because I've studied for the last 30 years to know what I know and a lot of things have been forgotten. Like OKG and it's only $70 a year for the most part and has other beneficial effects like increasing your immune system and growth hormone output. But it also lowers LDL vdl and insulin output! It counteracts the side effect of lysine in the meat we eat! Bodybuilders and so-called gurus have no idea what this stuff is anymore and it was made in the 60s. Doctors are not even trained on this stuff at all because I have several of them that are clients incl uding ex-girlfriends that call me for advice and want to know what to take. Your regular doctor has not been trained on any of this at all!! I've heard doctors say all you need to do is lower your animal fats to get rid of bad cholesterol and all that does is lower your cholesterol about 10% in most cases I couldn't believe a cardiac surgeon said that. He is dead wrong and most people will listen to a doctor before I dietitian and they have no clue what they're talking about in the situation! They may be good on giving you a heart transplant but they don't know anything about how to keep it running well! It is not their fault they are not trained in that aspect of our health we have to do it ourselves! We are just lucky that we have channels like this one and people that actually care to share their knowledge and information with us so thank you sir hope this helps! Cuz that is all I'm trying to do!! I appreciate and I'm thankful for anyone trying to help others better their life and health!!
