Yeah and this video can cause people harm. There is no bicarb dosage and people are dumb. remember tide pods? Don't blame me if you get served

also this will only really provide some benefit up to around 5km and you need to time it correctly before your race. This is usually around 1 to 3 hours.

I would not recommend doing this to anyone, outside of a pro athlete with access to a medical team

Sodium Bicarbonate is pretty well researched. It's not toxic but can upset the stomach. 24% is way to much, it's more like 4% and it's more useful for short durations up to 30 minutes.

When someone brings lactic acid into conversation about muscle soreness you know they are full of crap. Lactic acid is not what causes muscle pain after workout. Your muscles gain micro tears after your workout. That`s why they are sore next day. To counter act that your body fixes those tears and builds your muscles thicker and bigger to allow you to do more physically demanding tasks.

Don’t think ingesting even the most Alkaline of substances could ever transfer even partially into one’s muscles, especially something like 3-1 hours from a workout. We would all be master endurance runners if we treated our bodies like a cast iron if this was true
