Its hard to make sense of what is hapenning without the actual blood

Fencing is such a weird sport. Every clip and TV coverage has been the same: Both contestants celebrating after each interaction, every point is decided via video, commentators seem slightly confused as well, and it is one of the least watchable competitions because the rules are so unintuitive. I am sure it requires great skill and I have nothing but respect to the athletes, but I can't help but think there must be a better way to do this.

If a football coach had done what the Italian coach had done against the refs, he would have been fined and suspended already by UEFA or FIFA. I wonder why can the federation let the Italians coach get away like that.

This fencing scoring needs to be overhauled! Too many athletes are so upset with no recourse! It's just silly.

Between this and the Georgian fencer shouting at the referee…

Watched one fencing match this Olympics between a Georgian guy and an Egyptian I think. Every point went like this:
1. both of them Screaming,
2. both of them looking at the referee
3. the referee goes back to watch the video
4. two minutes later the referee raises a hand signaling the winner of the point
5. the loser of the point shouts at the referee and rages for half a minute
6 the next point begins
The Gregorian guy harrassed the referee for almost 10 minutes after the game and shouted at her and even followed her when she tried to walk away.
I've never seen any sport with such a lack of respect/sportsmanship and which was that boring to watch (just watched it because the rage was amusing)
Had a good laugh will probably never watch again

It's not hard to see the Chinese actually needs to win 3 times to finally wins the game, so it's very rude to say the Asia judges were biases. Far from it,
