This project is going to be a fun watch. He expanded his skills, fearlessly, by taking on missions beyond his comfort zone previously, and now he’s going to bless his dad because he was brave enough to grow. Well done.

You’re a good son. Cherish your dad. I lost my father last December. I recently subscribed to your channel.

If that truck has cylinder deactivation, which I'm 99% sure it does. I would recommend finding a way to disable it, it has been known to cause uneven wear on the valvetrain on the 5.3 and 6.2 v8.

I’ll be honest, I would want a certified welder to weld the lower control arm mount that you got a replacement for. Just so much weight on that arm

That's so great of you to build a truck for your dad. Between this and the Jeep he will be all set. Keep up the great work!

I would replace the Radiator and A/C condenser, GMC (2013 - 2018) trucks had factory issues with leaks and dealers sometimes only put Band-Aids on them, because the expense of having to replace them.
