Bloody hell...who else thought that she had passed? When she came out with the tea I realised I hadn't breathed for a while. Fantastic work by the Doctors who I assume work for the amazing NHS.

Considering the absolute plethora of videos now about the current pandemic, it is a nice change to see videos and stories with positive outcomes!

Wow. I don't know what it was about watching her heart rate drop, but it just amazes me that people are saving lives and know how to. Thank you NHS <3

I thought she died there for a second at the end.

Its amazing to watch the doctor get his prediction of the shock work out as he wanted. Shows the strength of his profession.

Ps: thanks for the likes all👍

Wow, glad she was ok. I can relate to this as my resting heart rate is 50 bpm and back in March 2022 I had a series of 9 cardiac arrests (ventricular storm) as my heart went a bit crazy with arrhythmia and the heart rate even hit 315bpm at one point on the way to hospital before the cardiac arrests. I’m now on lots of medication and have a dual ICD and pacemaker fitted. My bpm has hit 240 at rest since the fitting. It’s worrying but in truth I’m ok! The NHS staff are amazing and doing a brilliant job ( they should get the money they deserve) and BHF is a great charity! Happy New Year all!! X

I've had tachycardia episodes my whole life and it feels absolutely horrible when your heart races like that.

I have tachycardia. My heart beats 120+ everyday, it feels like im having a panic attack constantly due to it going so fast, i cant even run 30 seconds without having really bad chest pains and being breathless and wheezing, its hard to live with sometimes. Im very glad shes okay.

It’s scary knowing I have a fluctuating heart rate of 100-140 on a constant and my doctor was kinda like meh about it... but this lady was brought straight into resus....I think I need a new doctor...

There's me with a heart rate of 200 for 5 hours in resus and they didn't seem concerned at all! Strange how different hospitals work x

I have a heart condition but not the same one as this lady’s. And wow I find this all so fascinating!! It was incredible seeing the heart change its rhythm after it’s been shocked. I find it so fascinating how we have electricity keeping our body’s ticking! I take ivabradine which changes my hearts currency, my heart goes from a resting heart rate of 120bpm to 70bpm with the medication. It’s basically a pacemaker in a pill. I love the British heart foundation too ♥️
