His disease is called the Congenital insensitivity to pain is caused by mutations in the SCN9A gene and, in rare cases, is caused by mutations in the PMRD12 gene. It is inherited in an autosomal recessive pattern. Or in short terms, he can't feel any physical pain. Makes you a superhuman, but at the same time, you might also not know that you already "hurt" yourself like bleeding, broken limb, wound, etc...
