As someone who doesn’t vape, there’s a lot of misinformation in this video
1. Propylene glycol is not the same as antifreeze, it’s a food grade thickener
2. Most (99%) of vape juice companies do not put benzene in their liquid, it’s solely propylene glycol, nicotine, and vegetable glycerin
3. Nicotine despite being bad for young minds is very similar as caffeine on a young mind, not saying either should be done
4. It is stated as if EVALI happens with all vapers, when in reality it happens to less than 1% of vapers and generally with only vapes sold second hand or counterfeited

The reality is, vaping is a safer alternative to Smoking and a good tool to stop nicotine dependency, something that doctors don’t like to admit because they’re more focused on the end goal instead of how to get there. Teen vaping is bad, but when used as a tool to quit, it’s probably the single best tool to stop nicotine dependency.

Hi there, I'm sorry to say but at normal wattages and power outputs Benzene is not detectable in the few studies i have read. Propylene glycol is a non-toxic anti-freeze used in food products, make-up and fog machines. Formaldahyde was also only found in devices pushed beyond their limits and where cotton was burned, same with aperline.

Further, if you actually did research, EVALI came from Cannabis vapes that used vitamin E acetate as a solvent, and was never found to be present in commerical Vapes.

This is a lack of actual research at best and concerted disinformation at worst.Disappointing!

Evali was caused by unregulated black market weed vapes. Vaping in general isnt a great idea, but legal and regulated nicotine and thc products are generally safer to use and wont result in evali, which was very rare to begin with

Ethylene Glycol is used in car antifreeze and is poisnous. While non-toxic Propylene Glycol can be used as an antifreeze it also comes in food grade and is used in foods.

How much did the tobacco companies pay you? Propylene glycol is NOT antifreeze, it is an ingredient that can be used to make antifreeze, the same way it can be used in FOOD. Nicotine, irrelevant if you already smoke, not that it would kill you anyway, you'd get terribly sick before you could achieve a lethal dose of nicotine from vaping. Lastly, all of the other ingredients are avoided by every reputable vape company, so you would only be exposed to those chemicals buying cheap, unregulated e-liquid.

This isn't a good look for you guys.

Propylene Glycol is a sweetener found in a lot of foods we eat so is vegetable glycerin which both can be used as ingredient for vape juice along with flavoring and nicotine (optional)

Just so everyone is made aware, the e liquid used in vapes that is sold in vape shops and made by reputable brands does not contain benzine, formaldehyde, or any other carcinogens, aside from nicotine. Propolyne glycol, while used in e liquid, is not a pain thinner. It is rated as food safe for humans by the FDA. The evali incident was the result of black market/ back ally type sails.

I quit smoking cigarettes 2 months ago after 11 years of smoking. I started when I was 13 with few breaks in between. I feel a hundred times better now. Reduce your sources of stress and find another habit that won't kill you like chewing gum.. or whatever weird thing you can fidget with in times of stress to keep you from smoking. Eat right and hydrate like a maniac in the early stages (it helped me with the nausea and withdrawal feelings), and after about 4 weeks, the urge to smoke will be reduced rapidly. Be it a year or a decade... it isn't too late to quit. And you'll feel like a million bucks when you do quit
