To anyone that does not already know, here in America, we work in these "safety" centered environments and they are stripped of all life. We are uncomfortable with each other under the veil of smiles and we are stripped of our dignity unless we are completely devoted to work. It isn't living. Many of us would rather be tilling the earth and raising livestock, but this way of life is currently unavailable to Americans. In order to save the soil, we need farmers! Let America have what once in the recent past gave her a heartbeat. Let the people reconnect to the Earth. Namascaram🙏

Everyone's watchin' to see what you will do
Everyone's lookin' at you, oh
Everyone's wonderin' will you come out tonight?
Everyone's tryin' to get it right, get it right

Everybody's workin' for the weekend
Everybody wants a new romance
Everybody's goin' off the deep end
Everybody needs a second chance, oh

You wanna piece of my heart?
You better start from the start
You wanna be in the show?
Come on baby, let's go!

But that’s what it’s like to live in the United States! Very few people actually like their work and look forward to the small amount of time for their personal happiness called the weekend or their Days off!

Got to hear you laugh for a New Year…East & West have always been polar opposites, but we’re beginning to learn over hear what you’ve always known …remember this country is only a few 100s yrs old, yours has been evolving since before Time…
& we’re going through a very tough time right now have been actually since 9-11😔 so your Patience & guidance rather than ridicule & judgment would be so appreciated!

Thank you for the thoughtful perspective on work-life balance. It’s refreshing to hear advice that’s not just about productivity, but about living a fulfilled life.

You really need to enjoy I would say I would definitely agree you need to work, but you if your objective is to always give the weekend that value “simply by” seeing what the weekend is, it just doesn’t make the week. It’s almost like you’re sliding through the week and not knowing what to expect.

Yes the people in united states are so programmed to suffer from their own making . Striving for the wrong things . I don't understand why possessions are more important than living life to the fullest experiencing what surrounds them .

Working 5+ days a week to have two off is the modern definition of slavery.

I see his point. But one should find time for both their work life and personal life.

Sadhguru
I have a question...

I learnt from you a while to strive to do my best wherever I am. This teachimg aligned very well with my values, because here in Romania, for the last 20 years, all people wanted was to go abroad toward the western society which was simingly more developed and civilized and less corrupted. (I think they just deceive themselves not understanding that if nobody stayes there is nobody to improve this place)

But back to my question...
I've been working for a company for the last 7 years of my life. I really like the people here, and they are the only reason that I keep staying here. Cause...it feels like a family (and I don't mean in the toxic corporate way, but really there is a hand of people that make this place a lot more pleasant)
In the last 3 years, I've been moved to a full dutch team (the company has office there too). But no matter what I do every day feels like a struggle to work in this team...not that those people are not nice too, because they are and I leqrn a lot from them, but their way of work is like...not fitting me at all. I have completelly different expectations on how things should be going on.

So my question is...how do I know when it is enough...I mean, I do my best to get along with their ways, while trying to let them know what I would like things to be instead, but I just can't see the light at the end of the tunnel...I see everybody doing their best to improve the situation, but what I experience is just more work, and more conflicts to solve...and I don't know where I'm going wrong

Don't try to change what you do to feel better... Change so you feel better about what you do.
