Great video!

I thought I was the only one. I really prefer learning anatomy from real life references, not from other artist who already done their job (although you might get some really good tips from them.

I feel like if I study their study, I will only get half. Imagine it as a whole, a whole knowledge that is left to be discovered. Then an artist study and learn from it, the artist shares what he came up from it. If you study his, its like your only getting a half of the whole. There's so much you can get instead of just a full meal ready for you to eat. You'll miss several steps, some of it maybe important or not but thats not the point. The point is how you get the information from the whole knowledge, its like the steps on how you will cook + whats the best is you learn or realize something new or obvius by yourself that the artist might have miss!

Its not easy to explain but i hope you got my point. Squeeze all that knowledge from the root!

I learned from this even before you started your main point. That initial head and body sketch technique you displayed? That's already useful. And then you move on into a practice method that makes sense? You really deserve more views.

Me at the beginning: "Woah what is this, I don't understand"
Me at the end: "This makes total sense and makes me actually motivated to do something"

Dude this is really helpful, you deserve more subs! Quick question, do you have any tips on how to sketch? What I mean is I struggle a lot with sketching - as in often times it seems "stiff." This is a bit hard to explain, but I've always wanted a looser sketching style because it seems easier and more effecient - like how you sketched in the beginning! It seemed so fluid and like you knew what you were doing (which you probably do lol). My stiff sketching ends up making my drawing sorta stiff yknow haha, good video overall!
p.s What brush do you use to sketch? I wanna try it out :D

Can you make a video on how to study Jujutsu Kaisen art style?

I love this video but it only really mentions a few tips and doesn't break down how to draw anything. Personally I wouldn't consider it a tutorial but it's still helpful!

I do try using photo references but I find it really difficult

i get the part about not referencing other's art for their "interpretation of anatomy"

...but say i master the real-life anatomy... then, how can i learn to stylize said anatomy? because i swear some styles aren't anatomically correct- how do i get around that without referencing other's art? trial and error or is it solely just your own creativity at that point?
