Well Michelle my X-ray said my fracture is healed now for the hard work again your videos are a godsend because here in the uk the great NHS don’t give physio anymore for this type of injury just a sheet of paper with some exercises 🙄I have booked in for physio at a private clinic but your help is immensely helpful nobody tells you how painful the wrist is going to be once the cast or brace is removed and it takes a lot of will to do the exercises but it is worth it as every day a little more movement comes back and I am speaking from experience as I broke the right wrist only two years ago once again thank you x🙏🏻x

Her kind voice makes this so much better. Just took my cast off and this helped. Much respect for this goddess!

I’m so happy I ran across your videos. Not only are they exactly what I need, but reading the comments makes me realize that I am not alone with the problems I have. I broke the wrist on my dominant hand and was 1 week in a plaster cast, 4 weeks in a fiberglass one and 4 weeks in a brace. I had a comminuted, intra-articular, impacted fracture of the distal radius present with moderate posterior angulation and a small ulnar styloid avulsion fracture. If only I had had my carpal tunnel syndrome looked after before this ordeal, but no, so now one of my big problems is major pins and needles in the middle and ring fingers. I can barely touch my middle finger. It feels like it’s on fire. Another thing that isn’t helping in the swelling area is that I’m minus 16 lymph nodes in the armpit due to a mastectomy on that side. I think they pinched the median nerve when they put me back together. I did not get surgery because the end of my radius looked like corn flakes and putting screws into corn flakes doesn’t works too well… I managed to keep my fingers moving for at least 6 of the 9 weeks that I was immobile, but finally everything seized up. Your videos are so well made, and easy to follow. I just don’t know if I should insist on getting the carpal tunnel looked after before this is all healed, because that would mean I would have to start the process all over again. I only have one word to describe losing the use of a dominant hand – BRUTAL!!

I had a fractured wrist and had to had surgery. Whenever my cast was removed, which I had it for about 3 weeks, I had to wear a wrist brace(wearing now) I take it off to do exercises. The first thing my doctor advise me to do, was to put my hand in a bucket with warm water and try squeezing a sponge or a soft ball. I did that at the beginning and it made everything so much easier, less painful. I also used and arnica cream, which I bought on amazon. I massage from my fingers down to my arm without putting much pressure and at the beginning I just try exercising my fingers for a few days. Now I’m starting to do wrist movements. I put warm heat pads before exercising my wrist and it has gotten so much better. It’s going to hurt at the beginning and you might feel discouraged to do exercises but even if you do a little bit every day. It will help. Using heating pads helped a lot. Some movements still bother me. It will one month since I did my surgery on November 8th 2020.

Your videos are extremely helpful - thank you. Had my cast removed 6 days ago and it's been a scary - and painful experience. My fingers swelled badly whilst in the cast and despite my beat efforts ie moving/massaging they are still incredibly painful. I wonder if others have had emotional issues resulting from all this ? I am usually a positive person, but i have to admit that prolonged pain has drained me and I've had days of feeling despair. as nil input was given when my cast was removed i have relied entirely on watching vids - I've watched a few presented by different experts, but find yours to be the most helpful.- you go slowly and have a calming, gentle manner. i know things will improve, but boy- at times it feels like this will go on forever !

I'm so glad I found this video! I got my cast off today and unfortunately my orthopedic surgeon gave me no direction on PT exercises or referred me to PT or anything. But it's in a lot of pain with zero range of motion so I started searching for exercises on my own and found this video. This is the only thing I found so far that I can even attempt to do so I really appreciate it!

Thank you so much for these videos. My doctor didn’t even explain anything or give any exercises. These are a lifesaver!

Just had my cast removed after 6 weeks of breaking my wrist. I had the option of going to physical therapy at my doctor office or on my own but of course making sure what I choose to do is approved by my dr and he said it’s this video would be great but still to be careful. I’m looking forward to getting this started so I can be normal, well as normal as I’ve ever been again. Lol! Thanks for having this video available to us.

Thank you! You are more helpful than the therapist i go to twice a week. He does electrotherapy, but almost no exercises..

Thank you having had the full 90 degree cast removed a week ago and replaced with a lightweight removable. I had asked for physio but in the UK is is a busy ohs service and no private one available. I have started with you exercises as I row (that's how I broke the ulna with a blow from the oar) and need strength and flexibility. My limitation are obvious when I follow your instructions but already feeling more confident working with them. Thank you for your video they are great simple easy to follow and no pointless chatter. I would add I did your finger exercises when in the cast and they really helped. I will follow through as the strength hopefully improves.

Thank you so much for these exercises. I am currently doing the gentle finger exercises (second week in cast) and am deriving great benefit from them. Watching this very helpful video about the wrist exercises helps me to prepare for later, when I have to get back to "normal." ❤

Awesome exercises. I've had my cast removed 4 days ago and although movement is slow and painful, I'm seeing better range of motion and can now even type this with two hands. To me, the pain is worse now trying to get movement back than when I actually broke the wrist.

Thank you so much Michelle😘😘.
I think this is the best wrist exercise video for the one's who's wrist cast is just removed.
The best thing in your explanation is you understands the condition of hand after cast is just removed.
Other videos available here are for physiotherapy after the first stage.

Love you and God bless you.

I had my cast off about 5 months. I’m still having pain. I found your videos. I realized it was the rotation issue from the last exercise you showed us. I think if I do these daily it will fix the problems I’m experiencing
