I was very strict towards my And I also achieved my goal, I've good muscular physique... Few months back I used to think that I always have to follow my diet this much strictly otherwise I'll loose my But now approximately about 2 months I was unable to follow diet that strictly but I'm still in good shape, Note that I don't even have good genetics and I'm also ectomorph but yeah I still have the same weight without that strictness, just little bit downfall in conditioning that's it and that too is not noticeable in T-shirt

Some times I workout in morning, because of my schedule. But I would never eat anything in morning before going to gym. Because I use to feel bloated. Now I will try to follow what you have explained in the video and will see whether this helps me in the gym or not. Thanks for the information

What to eat before morning workout :
Group A: Only Cardio
1) Can have BCAA - (Carb mimicker )
2) Glutamine

Group B: Weight Training
1) Oats + Protein shake is a good option + soyamilk
2) 3-4 Eggwhites + Whole Wheat bread

Suggestions :
1) Always do wait training first and then do cardio.
2) Do not be full stomach before hitting gym (Eat light )
3) Eat something 45 to 1 hour before hitting the gym
4) Empty stomach cardio doesn't necessarily cause muscle loss
