My Top 10 Tips for New OSRS Members - Gameplay Guide For P2P [2022]

In this video I present my top 10 Tips for New OSRS Members! Watch it to gain insight and ideas on some of the best members methods for new OSRS players. The methods detailed in the video can be utilised by players of all levels and experience. From those just starting out in the P2P side of Gielinor and those who just need to refresh their memory.

Each of my 10 tips are key things new members need to do as early as possible. This new members guide will cover topics like setting realistic account goals, key mini quests to boost skilling, getting around Gielinor, how to get some easy starter supplies, some key quests, as well as some tips to avoid burning out.

What to do after getting membership is a much harder question to answer than you might think! Primarily because the world of Old School RuneScape is so big. The question of what to do can also be very subjective, when presented with a huge variety of options it's very easy to be overwhelmed. That is exactly how I felt when I first came to members. I made this video to help you find a path. Watch it and use it to set some goals and gain some advantage, you will not regret it!

Well I've made it through my f2p journey [you held my hand the whole way just fyi] and I decided I would venture into membership on my own without guidance... This lasted all of an hour when i realised i was still hanging around f2p areas checking out all the new stuff i could use that i had already skilled only because I had no idea what to even get into. Of course I immediately came to this channel and so glad I did. Ardougne Cloak is a game changer and I probably would have NEVER known about it. Love the video idea. I’ve been gone from RuneScape for about 15 years but started playing again this week. I’d forgotten how addictive this game is. There’s a lot of newer stuff I don’t recognise though.

Burnout is real. I'm f2p, I power cooked tuna and swordies to 92 cooking, then went and mined 13k iron ores. I took a break for two weeks after that. I will not be hammering my sanity like that again anytime soon.

Possibly more information on how to maintain bond status? Would you still reccomend getting to Windertodt ASAP?

I'm at a weird place right now. I started f2p around a 2 months ago focusing all my goals around achieve lv50 in all 15, and earning enough money for a bond + plus 50% so I didn't start mem broke

I've achieved that now, I have a bond in the bank and 10mil spare. I don't really know what to do now. This video has help immensely and I'm finally starting to want to redeem my bond.

First advice is a banger, don't apologize.
It works on most sandbox games, playing Minecraft (before the ender shenanigans), or let's say EVE Online, to pick an MMO, and saying I'll just max all the progress bar is insane and a recipe for burning you out of the game

I highly recommend using a calc for daily exp goals And then watch a movie while you afk it. That's how I got my 60 mining in f2p
