we have the same recycling system for plastic in Denmark as well. I do admit that I sometimes pick up bottles people leave on the table and bring it home because as you said it's free money 😅

I lived in Berlin for 6 months (in 2020 during covid 😬) and I miss it so much...
Although you reminded me how horrendous biking with the wind was!

Many people suffer from the "I have to be as close to the center of the city as possible". I also had this syndrome but learned over time that - at least in Germany - living 20-30km far from the city is not really an issue especially if you have a bicycle/car/other means of transportation. I live in Potsdam and it's very easy to get to Berlin. In fact at least on the west northern outskirts of Potsdam you can take the DB train straight to Berlin and it takes you less time then going through even half of Berlin on a bus. :D

The card for the public transport system is currently 29 Euro and will be starting from May 49 Euro with which you can then use every publics in all over Germany. I didn't know that on sundays the museums are free I will use that from now on! But isn't it then too full there?

I received advice to spread my investments across various assets like stocks and bonds, a strategy that safeguards my retirement portfolio. I intend to invest $200, 000 across different markets, but I'm uncertain about where to begin.
