great video bro, cant get the q flash r combo to work ingame though its much harder to do in a real match to be honest

Garen has 2 distinct combos, leading with Q and leading with E. Leading with Q is better overall DPS because your Q comes off cooldown sooner. Leading with E applies the armor pen to the rest of your combo, so if all you have time for is a an auto Q combo into full spin and back out then you might as well reverse it and lead with E as you'll be getting more burst damage.

There's some matchups where spinning before you auto + Q is essential, Jax for one because he can E your auto's and your Q. Nasus is another because you don't want to waste your slow remover at the start of the combo, you want to save it to cleanse his wither. Teemo is another, it's a bit of a mind game matchup but if you auto the teemo and go right into the spin you can trick the Teemo into blinding you early, letting you follow up with Auto Q after the combo.

Most of the combo's you detailed are basically just extensions of leading with Q, but I'm afraid you missed out his only other real distinct combo. Great video and all, well edited and informative but I'm afraid it's incomplete.

Like the others mentioned, E into Q does more damage because of applied arpen. But it also has 2 other uses. In ranged matchups you can use E inside minion wave to gain phage speedboost and to get ghost effect so that minoins would not block you, letting you reach the enemy with Q somewhat unexpectedly. Also: Kain and Ekko almost always ult on low hp, so save Q to stop them from ulting before you ult.
