Yes, Galeforce Garen is viable. I was really surprised how much I found about Garen, he is not that easy if you play him full crit.

you can also use Q while spinning with E to get MS

Just for another bit of info which probably everyone already knows, once Q or R have been cast on an enemy, they can't use flash or any dashes to go out of range and "dodge" it. Only way is by untargetability. Going out of vision also works iirc, but only if your quick enough before the cast time (on at least R).

Tip on Garen u can use q when spinning at e (spinning with bonus ms with q but when cancel e u can surprise enemy silence with q)
