Blah, blah. Calories, calories. Your body doesn’t know wtf calories are. Your body runs on hormones NOT on Thermodynamics. I can eat as much meat and eggs as I want in a day, feel full ALL DAY, AND STILL LOSE body fat and retain muscle.
