Looks like your locking pressure silver button is installed upside down and your pressure cooker can be opened under pressure, I would strongly suggest looking into this in case I am right!

I have a question. Everyone that canned meat and books that I've read call for cold jars and pots when canning. And no liquid when canning chicken.? I thought this was a golden rule but I naturally felt I wanted to do exactly like you have processed. My chicken and beef turned out ok but dark meat chicken, diffidently needed broth. Great video

Use the dissolving canning labels. Completely dissolves!!! Amazon has a big selection and I bought a roll with about 300 dissolving labels that were rectangular and had room to write on them. The Ball labels are too expensive. That way if you decide to give away any canning they won’t know the date when you canned it. You just wash the whole label away with just water. You will not find the label even in your sink. You can also use some used canning lids more than once. But I won’t do it if it came off meat that was canned.
