i wish you and jym would just help us out and say which ones do this. I realize you'd probably get sued and that's why you don't do it but still. I basically don't buy any supplemental protein. I buy 100 percent liquid egg whites. 5 dollars for 20 eggs worth of pure egg whites. get it from my grocery store. 8oz of egg whites 25 grams of pure egg protein. no fat carbs or cholesterol. drink it right out the quart. no taste.

Hi Kris - u r putting light on protein spiking, is that because u have now introduced your own brand "Kaged" in the market. Agree that Kaged is better than others but my question is that why u didn't comment on this serious topic before, as u r in this bodybuilding for last more than 15+ years?
