fast version⟶ skip to 8:41

1. Fasting (start off slow, 12-16h)
2. Work out (HIIT or high intensity muscle)
3. Don't stress about it. Stress raises cortisol levels ⟶ Get Sleep.
4. Keep it simple. Whole Foods, enough fats.

Thank you. Love your energy. I fell off of keto after losing 40lbs the first time (gained 20 back😒) and now it is SO hard to get back on track. Fasting for me is hard due to chronic gastritis but I am doing my best. Thank you again for your tips. God bless!💪❣😊
