I plan to replace them temporarily over the winter though

Depends on the brand you're buying. I had Dunlop Sport Maxx and Pirelli Cinturato and they both sucked. They felt very stiff and the ride was very harsh.
Now i just bought Michelin PS4 RFTs and the car feels amazing. I would never buy normal tyres for my F10, it feels really bad and floaty.
