Arteries are the large blood vessels that transport oxygenated blood from the heart to various parts of the body. They also transport carbon dioxide-rich blood back to the heart and lungs for reoxygenation.

The first question to ask yourself is:

What is the main contributor to your arterial blockage?
Studies show that high blood pressure (and thus, tight and constricted arteries), as well as elevated levels of cholesterol (sticky blood cells), triglycerides (blood fats), and sugar, can all lead to poor circulation. I asked my dad's cardiologist if he can take vitamin K2 supplements to maintain clean arteries. He had no idea what K2 was. I told him he has some homework to do. He had no problem though prescribing a statin once per on 7 years now. He has been taking 100 mcg of K2 per day for the past 2 years. Also been taking his statin only once per week without his cardiologist knowing for the past 3 months. He had a follow up scan last week and showed normal again. While I want him to throw out the statins altogether and just be on the K2, he will continue to take the statin once per week (20 mg Lipitor). His next scan is in 3 months.

Garlic, chopped, left 10 minutes then drink down with water. worked for thinning and cleaning my blood. Even just a few times a month.

Hi Dr. Frida,
During my senior year in college, I lived and worked on a small walnut orchid in Santa Rosa, CA. The guy that owned it, pressed the walnut oil and sold it on line. We became friends and he would give me the Two ounce containers of organic walnut oil. I swear to God, this was the miracle oil....no not snake oil, I mean 100% legit! My skin, sex drive, and just overall mental focus for school was unreal. Unfortunately, I moved back to Hawaii and no longer have access to that walnut oil...but that oil is really close to the fountain of youth!!!
