Please listen to this doctor people. I have been trying to share this information with everyone I know.
My mother is on blood pressure meds and still had a heart attack. We have got to learn how to take care of ourselves. Grow ur own food and stop eating out. Cook @ home so u’ll know what’s in ur food.
I grew up on a farm so it wasn’t hard for me to return to real food.
I pray that everyone unlearn what we’ve been taught and relearn the truth. ❤️

Today, November been a year....since I had triple bypass heart was 34yrs didn't have no stroke or heart whole heart was arteries was is a test when it comes to all bad eating it day by day! Dr. Price is not last 2 nights laying in that hospital bed...code red and code blue was being said some much...and one nurse even told me..alot of young people in their 20's and 30's be the main ones....it was a blessing to make it out that hospital...!

I don’t think it was a mistake that God allowed you to have HTN at a young age, or experience the losses that you did, if those things had not happened you wouldn’t be able to help so many people today. Dr. Bobby Price on Unclog your arteries

1. Switch to foods that cleanse fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds.
2. Exercise- improve blood flow and flow of your lymphatic System which hold 80% of the fluid volume in your body.

3. Managing Stress - it has an impact on your heart ❤️

4. Adequate sleep - when the body heals. Sound quality sleep. If not you don't have time to repair, heal and restore. 8 hrs.

5. Correct the deficiency- ex: Vitamin D, omega-3 are Anti-inflammatory,

Food to eat..

Just ate these cookies that i had stop eating a year ago but i couldnt remember why. Ate it and my feet and leg swelled almost immediately. Now I remembered that's why I stopped eating them. ❤This is awesome!

All I can say is WOW. Your information continues to be astounding. I’ve been slowly transitioning myself from unhealthy eating. No coffee (my favorite) but every time I drink it I get heartburn. No more white flour and sugar. I added more fruits, green vegetables, garlic, onions, exercise and water. I wash and scrub my organic vegetables and fruit in baking soda in hopes of cleaning any pesticides. 😮Thank you

My grandmother washed all her raw meat, veggies, fruits with vinegar and rinsed. She boiled her water. It's sad our land, water, air under policies meant to make profits seem to be slowly harming, killing our bodies. As grandmother said, we just do the best we can. If we fall down get back up.
