Thanks doc. I’ve started questioning everything, especially government health advice! After reading "Health and Beauty Mastery", I completely changed my approach. This book reveals so many shocking truths about the health industry!

I am 67 and don’t take baby Aspirin anymore despite of the fact that I had a triple bypass 6.5 years ago but instead I have been taking 8000 FU of Nattokinase with K2 MK 7 and these have done wonders for me, I exercise every single day for HIIT to strength training and hikes in the woods lost 62 lbs and eat 99 % vegetarian diet and this has done wonders to for me. No longer on diabetic Metformin anymore either, my daughter became my inspiration she holds a PhD in regenerative medicine and an MD and on her way to become a Cardio thoracic surgeon. Thx to Dr. Brewer for always putting out these informative videos and you are making a difference.

Dear Dr. Ford. I am a (Dutch) retired B-747 captain. Appr. some 25 years ago during my annual medical check the examining medical docor advised me to use 100mg of aspirin every day mainly because of the fact that I was doing longhaul flights. That means a lot of sitting. To avoid clogging of the arteries I started doing this. At this moment I am 72 years of age and I stil use, every day, this little medicin and I am lucky to be in very good health. Every day I jump on my racingbike and easily ride 60-80 miles. Ofcourse other factors are contributing to health but I am convinced that this little pill did and does its work. Thank you for this interesting and re-assuring video. Greeting from The Netherlands!

Eat healthy, exercise, take baby aspirin as well as vitamin tabs, take one spoon of extra virgin olive oil and apple cider vinegar, drink matcha green tea and sleep well. That's what I've done and just celebrated my 90th birthday lately. 😊

I had a heart attack in 2019 and had stents inserted. Afterwards, I was prescribed 75mg Aspirin daily and my gp advised me strongly to continue taking it indefinitely if I had no side effects. I follow a healthier lifestyle now and have no adverse reaction at all to the Aspirin and no other issues whatsoever in the intervening 5 years. I hope this continues, I'm 64.

My father took Asprin for fifty years after a heart attack, and had no problems, at 89 a new doctor stopped him taking it, two years later he had heart problems, he had to have a pacemaker fitted, six months later he died.If only i had seen a video like your, perhaps he would now be 100 years old.

My doctor wanted me on it daily at age 45. The way I see it, if I fall over then I don’t have to worry about saving enough for retirement or job loss. Perspective is everything

Thank you Ford. I am a retired physician IM/Peds/Hospitalist/ER. I watched the entire video. Great job educating the masses. Keep up the good work. Like you, looking to un-retire & focus on improving the health of our peers. I am 66, a lifetime athlete, and former research scientist. Would love to talk with you about your journey back into medicine after retirement.

I feel very lucky to be alive. I was having TIA's and was sent to the local hospital where they discovered a 93% blockage of my Carotid artery (right). I am 57 years old. I was operated upon within 24 hours. A huge THANK YOU to the wonderful staff at my local NHS hospital you have saved my life.

Thanks for this video. I survived 3 heart attacks a few years ago. They wanted to put in at least one stent but i refused. I have been on Talliton 6.25mg (for heart) and Lisopress 5mg (for blood pressure) since then. I used to take Bayer low dose baby aspirin for a few years but stopped. I will deff. start taking it again. I am 65 years old and still work full time as an explosives detection x-ray engineer. Greetings from Jamaica

Thank you for these series of videos. I survived an L.A.D. heart attack in 2016 because I knew something was wrong and was sitting in the E.R. when it hit, I was 52 and in the middle of building our retirement home. Since then I have casually searched YouTube for alternative thinking on medicine. I do take a baby aspirin twice daily, one in the morning and one before bed.

I'm near 72 never had a heart attack even though I had two stents placed in the widowmaker artery of heart when I was 56 years old. I couldn't afford the high price of blood thinners on a long term basis. After using them the first two months after the stents the cardiologist told me stop the thinners and take one whole adult aspirin 325 grain once daily. I've done so for 16 years now and no harmful affect. Still heart attack and stroke free. No ulcers, no brain bleeding, no internal bleeding. I intend to keep right on doing it.

As a Mortician ( who worked as a Mortuary Tech for 5 years at the Coroners) I can tell you it was common knowledge that 90% of Sudden Deaths due to natural causes ) would NOT have happened if that person was on a daily dose of a blood thinner like dispirin / aspirin ( same thing ).

I knew about the importance of it well before then ( I have been working in mortuaries since I was very young ) and as a result I have been on a daily dose since I was 25. The above experience just solidified my position on it.
