Questions to Ask Your Recruiter:

Position Basics:
Why is the position open?
Do you have one opening or multiple openings?
How long has the position been open?
How many people are interviewing?
Why do you think my background is a good fit?

Need to Know / Logistics:
Confirm where the position is located including asking if they hire in other markets and if they offer remote working opportunities?
Does the job require travel?
What is the salary range?
What are the specific benefits you offer including, but not limited to vacation/PTO, holidays, sick time, health, dental, vision, 401k, tuition reimbursement, free food, free gym, etc.?

Process:
What is the process/what are the specific steps?
How long is the process (typically)?
How often will I hear back from you?
Will you be letting me know if you are out on vacation/do you have the contact information for a backup person in case I cannot get in touch with you?

Interview:
How many interviews will be conducted?
What are the stages?
How many interviews per stage?
Who is the final decision maker?
*What topics will the interviewer/s be covering during my interview?

Lastly - Two Important Items
Any questions that I did not ask that are important for me to know? Questions you typically hear from other candidates related to this role or in general?
Can you answer domain/technical questions for me or should I ask my interviewer those types of questions?
