Despite Fear & Hunger being reknowned as one of the most brutally difficult games ever created, there are multiple party members you can get to make your jounrey through the dungeons much easier. These include a floating immortal head of a wizard, a wicked demon child, and undead skeletons we can bring to life through necromancy. And today we will be using… none of them. Instead we are going to be using only Moonless the Cave Wolf

While Moonless is the goodest girl and very beneficial in the early game due to her having an extra attack per turn and can take some hits in battle, she is extremely fragile as she cannot equip weapons or armor which leads her to die after only a few hits. This coupled with her being AI controlled means you can’t choose which enemy part she targets and by the mid to end game, it becomes a challenge just to keep her alive through any boss battles. Today we are going to see if we can beat the entirety of Fear & Hunger using only Moonless.
