Thank you for giving a better explanation of the movement and how to engage the muscle, I’ve been trying to find someone ANYONE who could give me an idea of how to engage the traps because up until now I would never really feel the engagement when I do this exercise.

I think honestly that the power shrug/rack pull above the knee is the main thing. I and my training buddies did strict shrugs for years and our traps were weak, however a year later of bulking/power shrugging have made my traps one of my best body parts!

Super good tip !! Been training for soon 10 years and do not have bad traps but i have putt down more work then needed cus i have a hard time getting contact. Have now tested this and this won't be a problem any more ! THANKS MY MAN 🤙
