I love how scott's video's are straight to the point and only 2 minutes long.
Back then youtubers goal was to help viewers rather than the money and views.

Thanks Scott. I’ve been doing this exercise for the last 12 years just as you instructed and my traps are now taller than the top of my head.

I watch athlean x and the other big fitness guys like everyone else. But there's something to be said about how simple and straightforward this guy is. Straight to the point with all the info you need.

These are the best training videos on youtube. Good instructions, straight to the point. Dude is actually showing how to do the move, instead of showing off.

Hey man, i just wanted to say that this has been the only trap excersise ive ever done for upper traps, and it has singlehandedly caused my upper traps to blow up. I literally had no traps before this. The only other advise i can give people is really get that squeeze and hold for a couple seconds at the top and slowly lower down. Lean a little while bending your knees together a little and your golden. I do about 4 sets 2x a week going up in weight after every set, and its worked very well for me.

I know there was some drama between you an athlean X but you two have seriously helped me in my gym routine. I love your thorough explanation during exercises and I love Jeff's general physio knowledge. I usually watch his vids to learn knew exercises and I learn proper form/technique from both e.g. I prefer your way of doing W raises
