I agree with what you said at 7:10 mark. I have difficulties finding meals that I want to prep that are appetizing and high in protein. Most of the videos on youtube are boring chicken, rice, and broccoli or ground beef/turkey and rice.

you are right about the calories intake and not the kind of food i have always tried to lose weight eating healthy for few days and stop and this caused me to binge in food whenever i am off the diet which is literally most of the time, this makes me put on up to 43 kgs thanks to the calories counting no other rules i only count my calories i eat whenever i want and whatever i want when i finish my daily calories i just stop eating and this makes me lose 7 kgs so far no exercise i am a deep depressed person sitting on the couch all day

No offense but you would must havr good genetics for being naturally lean to eat this way. I would be starving if I ate these meals. There a alot more voluminous meals you can make for 400 cslories.
