My foot started hurting 3 days ago from running and just one time of trying the 3rd exercise my foot got healed 🙏🏽 I appreciate you

Oh my can barely do any of those movements without a exercise band. My area is further back closer to where ankle & foot flex. Old mid foot sprain along with a prior ankle sprain in high school that was bad. There was a lot of swelling & ankle was stepped on by a teammate & I couldn't bear weight for a long time. Now again having issues. Pain when not even standing on it.

I am starting to do the second method after my foot top pain has been continuing for two months. It works effectively. I think my foot top tendons are too intensive and tight
