These workouts are great. I'm doing the butt and leg workouts every 2nd day and they're actually working! Amazing in 6 minutes.

Here because of quarantine and i added 23.5 kg to my squats. The feel is amazing after 6 mins and my legs felt like they have been knocked out

I love this video so much. There is less of an argument against working out when you can do a 6 minute workout at home without equipment. Thank you Tom for the series!

I love doing this along with the 6 minute arms, abs, and butt workouts!!! One thing that always irritates me though, is when I’m in the middle of the sumo squat hold or pulses an ad always pops up 😩 😂. It definitely adds to the intensity and the burn. Guess that’s what I get for not paying for YouTube premium 🤷‍♂️ lol... These videos have definitely helped keep me in shape during the pandemic!!!

I have muscular soreness from watching only))) Seriously though congrats Tom for this series, I think is fantastic especially now in the summer. It is very good that you showed some stretching as well, it is so important when exercise to stretch as well. Prevents both sores and injuries! You really are a pro)))). Say hi to Lance!

The squats are something that my physical therapist was having me do for my rehab on my right knee. Although I might be able to do your version of the single leg squat. Once again thanks Tom for this.
