I'm learning so much about women. I'm 30 years old and my god I just finished a massive shit storm with this girl. She would completely screw me over with what she says, she'd want one thing, I give it to her and then she'd back away. I'd always back away and she'd keep coming back. She must've told me about 5 different reasons why she can't be with me, yet I never brought up us being together..maybe I gave off too many boyfiend vibes, but she would literally not leave me alone and we worked together. She told me I was 'emotionally unavailable' yet when I showed her emotion she disappeared for 2 days only to end it suddenly. After she ends it she comes back crying after several weeks saying 'how sorry she is' and asking if we could be friends. I told her no because I don't see us being friends only on a platonic level and now she's being overly nice to me again.

I think I was too weak with her and pretty much let her walk all over me, I put her on a pedestal and saw her as a unicorn as I wa afraid of losing her. I see the error of my ways. She is a 10 in my eyes and right now I perceive myself as a 5, whereas before when I was fit in shape and healthy and happy I perceived myself as a 8-9. It's just difficult when you meet someone you vibe with and have little other options. I have this 10 giving me attention and she's telling me she loves me but on tinder/bumble I get few matches and when I do they're either older or I'm just not interested.

But we learn and we move on, nofap, fat loss, meditation, improving sleep, quitting nicotine are all helping me improve. I'm 15 days into a '90 day reset'.
