hey Matt! so, i have joint hypermobility and can go down and come out of squats with great ease. however, my hips (around the socket) hurt later, and can even become unstable. i'm looking for ways to avoid this pain and correct instability. any suggestions?

I get the concept but… is it “better” to go 1/2 way with my heels down? Or deeper but my heels come off the ground? I can do either equity well/easily but which SHOULD I be doing? Thanks Matt
