- apparently "farmer's walk" is a whole different exercise, but i think i've also seen it used in this context
- i might do a future video focusing on stuff for mouse aiming strength, as well as general things you can do to improve in-game etc

Getting tired on a osu! Mania beatmap just makes all my vision blurry, the notes slide faster and well, obviously my hands hurt

I noticed that my hands were really weak when i started doing deadlift and my grip just died mid exercise so I've been training dead hangs and i get from 30s to 100s in like two months and i wasn't even doing it frequently also an increment in my grip strength and finger control bruh i forget to say that i stopped playing frequently too so when i come back to the game i felt a lot more comfortable playing and having a lot more of stamina

For most players the main problem is not that you dont have to stamina speed or aim. Main problem is that you cant control it following rythm.

Thanks for the Tips, most of the time iam not fast and accurate enough to play a faster map, for example jaks or Stream from Galaxy collapse

as jkzu has said several times, training your forearms wont make your stamina better, if you wanna get better at stamina, just play stamina songs and never pause. either you pass the song with bad accuracy or you just die in the middle of it because your fingers physically cant move anymore. but working out wont help, i would know as a calisthenics athlete thats shit at stamina lmao
