If u can't do like a pull up or push up, just anything at first, start with researching other ways first. For example, hanging from a bar will make u stronger to not let go as fast, n can experience what grip is for u more comfy. For push up, do wall first to see how is more comfy, n train the push motion, then u can go lower like table or fence, chair, till u get down to knee push up. Take everything slow like that if ur a beginner! It be worth it! See it as lvleling up. U can't take on a boss when u just started the game. Take care♡

Turned 67 june..been wknout steady since jan 95..so far 2023.did 105 squat wkouts..5sets 50 .with 50lbs off rack ..at home..just pass 3/4 dwn constant motion.5.8.130 i wght.up bdy evry 3.days 17 set total.2022 did 168 s.wkouts over 41k in yr..

I always do 10 minutes every before my workout, and no muscle pains after workout and it's really good warm up for me and love doing it. ❤❤
