Actually when Bob stopped the train I don't think he tried to use his full strength because an instant stop like that would kill everybody on the train so he most likely held back

But you have to keep in mind that if Mr. incredible stop it right there all the people in the train would have died on impact so he had to decrease the speed without hurting the people in the train so maybe he didn’t use all of his power also he was training throughout the movie

I always thought Violet is the most powerful one. But I didn't think about how Bob saved her and Dash when he was able to pick it up from crushing them.

Is Jack-Jack really the most incredible, yes he has a wide array of powers but then again he is a Jack of all Trades. This means he doesn't have 100% control and master of one ability in which most cases is more powerful.

Did jasmine skip parts of the movie cause she said dash CAN’T run on water even though there’s a scene of him doing so, and that Violet can FLY where’d you get that from

Their names are puns on their powers.

Mr. Incredible: He is incredibly strong.

Elastigirl: Her body is unnaturally elastic.

Violet: She cloaks her body in *Ultra-Violet* (UV) light that is unseeable by the human eye. She also makes UV force fields

Dash: He runs fast.

Jack-Jack: He is unpredictable, and has a large number of abilities, making him a literal "Jack Of All Trades"

The biggest problem with his calculation of Elastigirl is that her suit was specifically designed to resist explosions, as demonstrated when Edna launched missiles at it during her expo. What he attributes to Elastigirl's resilience is, in no small part, due to the designed resistance of her super suit absorbing the vast majority of the blast.

But i think their powers come from their personalities like dash is a kid he has a lot of energy he is a kid tht doesnt stop so he has super speed, bob wants to do things on his own he wants to prooove himself, he wants to prooove that he can do it alone so he has super strength, helen can do a lot of things at the same time she is a mother she takes care of jack jack, cooks food, deals with the kids and does laundry and stuff so her power is flexability, violet is a teenager her personality wasnt clear at the begining she was shy and akward so she had ability to be invisible but she had force fields too because she is powerful and that personality developed as we go further in the movie and her force fields got stronger, at the end of the movie she was strong enough to protect her family from exploisssoonn and she gained confidence too, she was sure of herself. She didnt use invisibility cuz she wanst shy and didnt need to hide herself. So jack jack is a baby and his personality isnt clear thats why he has sooo many powers

Helen’s suit is indestructible, however the sheer force would still kill a normal human, so her skin would still be extremely durable to absorb the pure shockwave.

If the soldiers shoot violet with their guns enough times that’s going to equate to something bigger right? One single bullet can do a lot of force, but you can see the soldiers shooting many bullets

It is about how much force is exerted. That is strength, but it is also stretch and speed and shield. How much force until it breaks!

To be fair Violet is still a teenager if she was an adult her force field probs would’ve been strong enough to completely block the robot where mr incredible was struggling, I knew she was gonna be the second strongest tho if not the strongest

Eddie Hall the world record holder got the heaviest deadlift ever actually said before he did the deadlift he pinched himself and imagined his kids under a car to make himself lift the bar and smashed the record by more than 100 lbs

I always believed that there powers are connected to their personalities like:

Shy violet ability to make herself disappear and to be able to protect herself

Strong Bob able to protect his family

Flexible Helena able to mutitask and be able to be flexible around situations

Speedy dash able to do pranks without being caught and able to get away from trouble faster.

And adorable jack-jack still a baby and not knowing what he will do or be

I know you might say well Bob and Helena had the same powers before the kids and I think their power may have fitted their personalities before they had other needs for them

And I assumed the all supers were like jack-jack when they were a baby, I think it was even suggested in the movie.( Don't hold me to that, I haven't seen it in forever.)
