Well, loyal Theorists, if you've been on the internet anytime in the past week then you've definitely seen A Minecraft Movie trailer and heard the reactions. And we have to say, it was a... choice. Now we're going to shed some light on what we think is going to happen in the movie based on the short trailer. Watch out, Creepers, this isn't at all what you'd expect!

I would like to point out that in minecraft dungeons, that the "overseers" or whatever they're called, are the exact same color as the portal itself.

Not to mention, in the end scene credits, the blue speech is nearly the exact same color as well.

Warner Bros saw the success of Sonic, saw it did well not BECAUSE he looks "real", but because he looks like SONIC. Because they had a plot BASED on the games, but it's still their own thing. Because you could get behind the chemistry of Sonic and Tom. Because Jim Carrey was a riot as Eggman. Because the writing for Knuckles and Tails (and now Shadow) are on POINT. Because they listened to the fans.

They STILL looked at all that success and went "nah". "WE know how to make a Minecraft movie". And THIS is what we got. And they can't change anything about it cause you'd be asking WB for a complete overhaul. It's too expensive.

FNaF Movie succeeded because they know what the fans wants.
Minecraft movie however, didn't learn that movies inspired by games will succeed if the fans also love the adaptation.

The reason for That weird crafting scene could be that the main characters don’t really know how crafting works so he just tosses random things on the table and gets these wrong looking buckets.

What had immediately stood out to me is that, in this movie, Steve looks like a regular person as well, not blocky, meaning he's not from this _Minecraft_ world. I believe he's a person from the real world who got trapped in this dimension, once looking more like a guy that resembled his in-game appearance but becoming overweight and dishevelled after living in this dimension for so long, and he'll be trying to escape back to the real world along with the other main characters.

I think what some people are forgetting to mention, in Minecraft story mode (can’t remember exactly where in the game it happens) but there’s a large structure filled with empty portals that the main cast go through (for instance going into a world where they meet multiple different og mcyters) and what stood out to me is that the portals are also different colors, such as blue

PhoenixSC actually talked about how the chain bucket's "recipe" could make sense. Given 8 ingots and 5 nuggets, 6 of the ingots would be used to make the buckets, the other 2 ingots along with 4 of the nuggets would make 2 chains, and putting a bucket in slots 7 and 9 on the crafting grid with the chains in slots 4 and 6, would leave the fifth nugget to be placed in either slot 2 or 5, whichever is more aesthetically pleasing.
