Yes - thank you so much! If really need to be reminded of a teacher and although I love my job, every autumn I go through this phase of anxiety, stress, panic attacks. Have been working on it a lot, but this was a timely, much appreciated reminder. Gratitude!

Ys you are right....but the challenge is that i keep on saying all of this in my mind....it has become such a bad habit..that even if i notice i can't stop it..
